What Dame are You?

Your Score: Myrna Loy

You scored 14% grit, 23% wit, 33% flair, and 42% class!

You are class itself, the calm, confident "perfect woman." Men turn and look at you admiringly as you walk down the street, and even your rivals have a grudging respect for you. You always know the right thing to say, do and, of course, wear. You can take charge of a situation when things get out of hand, and you're a great help to your partner even if they don't immediately see or know it. You are one classy dame. Your screen partners include William Powell and Cary Grant, you little simmerpot, you.

Find out what kind of classic leading man you'd make by taking the The Classic Dames Test written by gidgetgoes on OkCupid Free Online Dating, home of the The Dating Persona Test

There you have it. I was a little surprised to read that I had class. Me? Class? But the test don't lie! LOL! If you have time, pop over there by clicking on the link and take the test - it was quick and easy. Then come on back and leave your results in the comments section. Go ahead. Find out what classic Dame lurks in you!

P.S. This is the darn test I had so much problem posting yesterday. For some reason, today it works. I did something right - though I have no idea what!

Yes I took the test. Obviously not the wonderful one that you were able to find: Classy, how nice for you. I am a "Sonnet". I did not find the test you took out of the many that were offered at the site I went to. I am now receiving e-mails from this dating service. Maybe I should be shopping around for a new man. I've been with my old guy for 29 years and he's starting to show his age. Of course he is now married to a "sonnet" so he should count his lucky stars.

dm, sorry about the problems with the link. Here's a new one. It should take you right to the test if you're still interested in finding your classic Dame.

Now, that out of the way, e-mails from a dating service?? LOL! That's just toooooo funny! Also, why is it that men are considered "distinguished" as they get older and women are just plain "old." It's the same as Bachelor vs. Spinster. It's not quite fair. LOL!

OK finally found the test but had forgotten my password!! How's that for forgetful. Finally got it e-mailed to me with the admonition to "do not forget it again". At my age I can't even remember my own name let alone a made up thingy!! All in all I turned out to be a Carol Lombard. At this point I wish I could shake her hand and ask if she is as forgetful as I am. I will put my password in a safe place and promptly forget where today's safe place is. I believe I liked being a "sonnet" better. There was no stress related to that one.

Mom, Shauna, you both make me laugh. LOL!! If I have time tomorrow I'll join the bandwagon & see where I stand.

Well here's another one for a laugh. I had finished the test, posted a comment to this blog, checked my e-mail and found one from OKCupid. I had 5, count them, 5 bios from different men interested to getting to know me better!! Well, maybe they weren't interested in little ol' me, but the Carol Lombard in me was sure attracting attention. It's been quite the experience Shauna, a laugh a minute.

dm, I hear ya about the password, thingy. Seems you need one for everything these days. Whenever I'm asked for one, I squeeze my eyes shut, type in what I "think" it is and hope for success. LOL! I've begun using only a few so I usually get it within three tries. :-)

And um, 5 bios?? WOW! Any look interesting? LOL! Kidding! That inner Carol must be a firecracker! Maybe we should go out on the town!

at, you should definately jump on this wagon! We could go out for a wild night! I'll bet dm could get us some hot dates. She can just scroll through her in-box and select the most promising ones! LOL!
