Quiver Me Timbers!!

So, I tried the ball.

I did a 15 minute routine last night.

I'm walking on shaky legs today!

ha ha ha ha ha. I think it's so funny! Don't get me wrong, I hurt for you, but it's still so funny!

Sympathy and compassion are definetley not my giftings. Sorry.

You most certainly deserve some cake! An extra BIG piece. After all, you burned all those calories last night and it takes more effort for you to stand on wobbley legs - which equals more calories burned. In fact, it's almost a matter of survival! The amount of energy that you now have to spend on everyday tasks (walking up and down the stairs), you're going to waste away to nothing by the end of the day. All because of an "e" ball. Take the cake.

Miss, you better believe I had that coffee and cake! LOL!

Shar, bless you! I like the way you think! Great minds and all that! LOL! Here's the weird part. My left bicep hurts! How'd that happen?? Right one's fine, but the left one has that annoying worked-out-aching-muscle feel! Bizzare!!

LOL! Oh, the momories that I have of doing the dreaded "e" word. Shauna, thankyou for reminding me of why I do most of my "e" thru thought processing. What is really weird is that I just read an article about the connection between the mind and weight loss. The study showed that the group of people that imagined themselves being toned and working out actually lost 39% more weight than those who didn't. Weird hey? By the way that article was for real. All this to say that I'm rethinking this whole physical "e" and concluding that if I do the mind thing that their won't be any achy muscles.
By the way, I can see how you would get a sore bicep, after all you have to hold your arm in the air while you are working out on this ball. LOL And wobbley legs, oh no! Watch those stairs, you may want to use the railings to hang on to. LOL

ym, I feel like a jello salad - one touch and I'm all quivery inside! I'll give it another try today, though. At least I think I will! Maybe I'll just imagine I'm using the ball!!

Miss, after I finished the workout, I said to hubby, "That's it? 15 minutes doesn't seem like long enough to do any good." His response: "It's more than you do now." Ouch! But true. So, I'm going to keep going....at least for today! LOL! I'd like to see if this thing really works. But I don't want to do a harder routine! LOLOL!
