It started off with my four-year-old screeming all through swimming lessons like she has done for the past week, but then we all stayed for free swim and I got in the water with her to help her conquer her fear. I think my presence helped a little. It was the "magic goggles" that made all the difference. With the goggles on she went from being afraid to blow bubbles to swimming under water by herself. It was so exciting to see the transformation, and I'm sure there's a lesson in this for me, as well.angelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10768130412039863166noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8735684183136823085.post-15268219569183420752007-06-08T14:59:00.000-06:002007-06-08T14:59:00.000-06:00Hey! I thank God for a wonderfully content baby who just lets me do what I need too!The Mailman's Wifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04271689127880603653noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8735684183136823085.post-22687662708017227302007-06-05T16:12:00.000-06:002007-06-05T16:12:00.000-06:00Let's see, what has my day been like so far. Well...Let's see, what has my day been like so far. Well, first there was the permitting and then the invoicing. Then more permitting, answering the phone, and more permitting, interspersed with incoicing. And let's see what the evening will hold, shall we?

I see cleaning and dishes, followed by laundry and maybe making some supper.

Am I complaining? Though it may sound like it, I'm really not. I have been blessed with a good job and good co-workers (I just finished watching some of them have a water fight), a loving husband, great family and friends, a wonderful place to live, and a fabulous sunburn which is the result of having spent the weekend fishing.
